Shipping To EU

Shipments sent to EU countries and refused or returned without been declared to customs as 'Returned Goods' by the consignee will incur customs charges and return shipping charges, these will be deducted from any refund owed.


General

These are the Company terms & conditions of sale to which include E-Commerce &  consumer contracts regulations are subject. It is the customer responsibility to read the T&C's on each occasion a purchase is required. All available stock will be dispatched within 24hours of receiving your order. Part numbers and pictures are used for reference only and may not depict the actual product received.

Title & Risk

Risk of any product shall pass to the buyer or their appointed agent upon receipt of delivery. The title of the goods shall pass to the buyer upon cleared payment in full of the invoice price including delivery cost, until such time the title and the ownership of the goods remain with the company. The company shall be entitled at any time to recover any or all products in the buyer's possession to which the Company have title, and for that purpose the Companies appointed agents may with such transport as is necessary to enter upon any premises occupied by the buyer or any third party or to which the buyer has access and where the goods may be or are believed to be situated.

Prices

All prices are in GBP sterling and subject to VAT at the current rate of 20% on all items except books in the UK & other EU Community Countries. The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver goods or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these T&C's if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Prices listed or quoted are based upon cost prevailing at the time when posted on the website or communicated verbally as agreed. The Company shall be entitled to adjust the price of the goods as at the time of dispatch and or provision by such amount as may be necessary to cover any increase sustained by the company after the date of acceptance of the buyer's order and any direct or indirect cost of making, obtaining, handling or supplying the goods. Any such adjustments will be given in writing by the company to the buyer prior to dispatch of the goods. Any quotations are valid for 30 days and subject to conditions.

E-Commerce

VAT will automatically be calculated before you submit your order when you go to the checkout page on our secure server. The Company will confirm receipt of your order using the address you supplied when registering on our website. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.

Telephone or in-person

VAT will be given to you verbally and added onto your final invoice along with any agreed carriage cost.

Payment

All goods must be paid for in full in GBP £ Sterling before them or any vehicles or other objects upon which service have been performed are released to the buyer.

Delivery of goods

General - Under normal circumstances, available stock items will be dispatched within 24hours (excluding weekends) of receiving your order. The Company will notify you if any part cannot be supplied. Unless otherwise stated the buyer is solely responsible for the cost of delivery, where applicable will be shown separately on the invoice.

E-Commerce -  Various delivery options including cost will be offered. Unless otherwise stated all carriage costs to be paid by the customer. Any shortages or non-delivery or damage of goods ordered the buyer needs to inform the Company within 3 working days.

Warranty - General

All newly manufactured products are covered by a 12 month manufactures warranty unless otherwise stated. You must notify us immediately if a potential warranty situation arises. We will then advise a course of action. Any suspected faulty products must be returned to us together with the original invoice or proof of purchase and with as much information relating to the problem as possible. Any defective parts must be returned and received by us before it can be exchanged. All warranty items are subject to a physical inspection, which may involve returning the item to our supplier to verify the fault before it can be exchanged or refunded. The warranty covers defects to the item when fitted and used correctly for normal everyday use but does not apply to items used for any extraordinary or unusual use such as competition, racing, rallying or items subsequently stripped-down, altered, modified or adapted etc in any way than their original design or intended use. Although we are by law liable for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence and by The Sale Of Goods act 1979, our warranty only covers the product in question and not for any consequential loss or cost, e.g. garage labour, recovery, car hire, re-delivery, parking fines etc. No claim will be validated if the failure is caused by misuse, neglect, overheating, incorrect installation or failure of a related component. Upon acceptance of any warranty item, it will be either replaced or repaired free of charge and will only benefit from the balance of the original warranty. Subject to a replacement not being available a full refund will be given.

Second-hand/used parts are supplied with a 30-day warranty.

Returns - General

For any goods to be returned please contact our customer service team on 01430 872765 stating you have a return product where you will be given advice and instruction on delivery or collection of the product. Please ensure all goods are suitably packed to avoid any breakages during transit to our premises. Before returning any items to the Company, regardless of when purchased, a returns note number must be obtained in advance from the Company by the buyer and this must accompany the returned item(s).

Exchange Unit - A serviceable exchange unit must be suitable for reconditioning; broken or incomplete units will not be accepted.

When returning goods the most economical shipping option must be used, we will not refund for express or special delivery.

Unwanted goods/cancellation

If you decide you do not want any goods that we have supplied you can return the item(s) within 14 working days commencing the day after the product was received by you the customer. The product must be returned in its original unopened and undamaged retail packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. Upon receiving and confirming the above Company will give a full refund no later than 30 days, following the date of receipt of the goods by the Company including the original delivery cost except where the product was part of a consignment. A handling/ restocking charge of 15% may be deducted for any items not required and returned. All special order items are non-returnable.

Deposit

If the Customer does not pay for and take delivery of its vehicle within 14 days of notification that the vehicle is available for delivery, the Dealer shall be at liberty to treat the contract as cancelled. If this happens, or if the Customer cancels the contract for any other reason not permitted by this contract, the Dealer will sell the vehicle to another person. The Dealer will refund the Customer's deposit but before the Dealer does so, the Dealer is entitled to recover from the deposit the additional costs the Dealer incurs in re-selling the vehicle plus any reduction in the sales price achieved. The Dealer will keep the deposit whilst the Dealer displays and advertises the vehicle as being for sale. If it is not sold within a reasonable time the Dealer will sell it at auction.

Once the Dealer has sold the vehicle, the Dealer will notify the Customer within 7 days as to how much the Dealer has lost as a result of having to re sell. If this amount is less than the Customer's deposit, then the Dealer will refund the balance of the deposit with the notification. If the claimable amount is more than the deposit, then the Dealer will include a statement showing how much the Customer owes the Dealer to make good the loss. The Dealer will provide copies of any receipts if the Customer requests them.

The Dealer reserves the right to make a reasonable daily charge for the storage of the vehicle or vehicles.


Legal

These conditions and the contract shall be governed by the construed and interpreted in accordance with English law and for the purpose of settlement of any disputes arising out of connection with them the parties will submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the English courts. The statutory regulations for the implementation of the convention concluded at The Hague on 1st July 1974 relating to a uniform law on the international sale of goods shall not be applicable to this contract. Acceptance of good(s) shall signify your acceptance and be bound by the Company's latest Terms and Conditions.
